Responsibilities included contract review and commentary with Tri-Star Development; speaking on behalf of the Church at the Historic Preservation Board, review of and input to the plans during Design Development in order defend Church interests and insure the quality project promised is designed.

HyStrength Construction (07/11 – 12/11): Design-Build Construction Management Firm

o Contracted to perform Pre-Construction Services for the $1 Million Renovation of the Crandon Tennis Center in anticipation of the 2012 Sony Open. Responsibilities included managing the design professionals including interior designer, cost analysis review of the plans to keep them within the lump sum contract, and subcontract awards.
