Responsible for the daily assessment of all types of warranty claims from
Portugal and assisting the Italian market as necessary, this involves
updating an Excel claim database daily. Regular contact by phone or email
with the dealer network resolving any enquiries that arise. I also created
and manage daily an SQL Firebird database of technical pre approvals (WDS
Program) which is used across many markets in Europe, which helps control
dealer expenditure driving warranty costs down.
