VARIOUS CONTRACT, TEMP, START UP, AND CONSULTING ASSIGNMENTS
Immediate responsibilities provided were designing new and modified
SolidWorks assemblies for customer engineering. Providing in-house
services such as quotations for RFQ's, critical technical data, CAD
blueprint drawings, open work status reports, and customer placement
history for Marketing Department trends.
Various other short term assignments composed of transposing existing board
drafted paper drawings over electronically to SolidWorks CAD files.
Maintained constant report and contact with end customer and confirming any
changes needed to model in process while keeping to critical deadline of
assignment. Personally detailed, corrected, and maintained existing design
models, drawings, performed corrective alternations on assemblies, created
models and drawings for prototype parts, and provided additional new design
work. Other various duties involved performing reverse engineering,
understanding basic GD&T applications, using Micro-Vu optical comparators
for measurement accuracy, SAP Business One systems for ERP for lead times
in generation of bill of materials, adjusting shipment deliveries, work
orders, process and projects scheduling, and order expediting.
