Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, textile manufacturing, and food distribution. Knowledge and practice in application

of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools. I had the opportunity to lead operational excellence and layout projects . Some of the

experience gained has been working with standard operating procedures to improve actual process, time studies, kaizen, develop

capacity models, root causes, lean manufacturing, VSM, continuous improvement, implementing 6’s, analyzing data and reducing
