than $1.6M annually.

GENERAL MANAGER

Recruited to turn around troubled operations, with full operational and P&L responsibility for all departments. In addition, directs

all personnel administration and benefits management, budgeting, and oversight of leases and contracts.

Instituted numerous measures to increase golf revenues from $558K to $723.5K (with golf rounds increased from 19,000 to

26,500) in two seasons, including recruitment of a new PGA golf professional.

Streamlined F&B operations and hired a new chef, turning around an annual F&B loss of $134K to a profit of $7,266 in two

years, with a $23K increase in sales.
