Defined, documented and provided environment configuration support for the AT&T Testing

Created “PQM Homepage” SharePoint website that interacted with ClearQuest to provide links to
PQM Artifacts under Change Control
Utilized Mercury Test Director, Mercury Quick Test, Rational ClearCase, Rational ClearQuest and
SQL Enterprise Manager Tools as part of Defect Management
