1. Job Description:

Planning and making the most efficient use of resources fo r performing engineering

works, including the Operating, maintenance and repairs of company cranes

2. Description of duties:

• Having a supervisory role on productivity, utilization and maintenance of crane

equipment

• Direct, coordinate, organize and assess the work of employees under his supervision

• Inspection of all heavy equipment of the cranes and m ake decision about their repair

or replacement

• Cooperating with the Responsible of Maintenanc e Planning for crane inspection

schedule and maintenance

• Coordination in performing repair service properly and in due time according to the

plan prepared by Maintenance Planning Department

• Crane problems analyzing and finding solutions

• Personnel arrangement for fulfilling the tasks

• The strategy of replacing old equipment with new more reliable ones

• Decision making for repairing/replacing the crane parts
