Recruitment & Selection

1.

Recruitment Process

a. Receipt of requirement of manpower from various department heads.

b. Prepare a recruitment budget and CTC for the employee and take approval.

c.. Prepare Advertisements etc for the recruitment.

d.. Scrutinize and shortlist the applications received.

e. Send interview call letters/mails as required.

f. Conduct Interviews through panels.

g. Negotiating the salary.

Joining Formalities:

a. Administrating Joining formalities.

b. Pre Employment Reference checks.

c. Preparation of offer letters, appointment letters etc.

d. Preparing and entering new hire paperwork.

e. Coordinating to get Employee ID Cards.

f. Handing over the New hire to the concerned HOD/Manager.

Employee Personal File Maintenance:

a. Opening new file and Closing the Resigned employee’s File.

b. Make sure all Employee files are maintained safely with care.

c. Make sure all personal records are available in the files.

d. Periodic Personal File Auditing.

4. Training And Development:

a. Conducting Induction Training for new hires.

b. Coordination of Training and Development Programs.

c. Maintaining Training Records.

Payroll Processing

Maintaining Attendance Record, leave management etc.

Submitting the records to the accounts department

b.

Responsible for meeting timesline processing of salary.

c.

Prepare and maintain the payslips of all employees.

d.

Administer all payroll changes for both current employees and new hires in the Database.

e.

Employee Engagement

Maintain a calendar for the events like birthday, festivals etc.

Organising celebrations like birthdays celebrations, festival and month ending parties.

Handling employee communication mails (like greetings,suggestion,circulars).

Report Generation

a. Managing / Preparing M.I.S relating to employee database

b. M I S pertaining to monthly manpower, Updated other information like D.O.B etc.

c. Update the master employee file on weekly basis.

d. Maintain personnel record of employees & Business Correspondence.

e. Monthly recruitment reports.

Exit Formalities:

Taking Exit interviews and tries to retain them by solving their issues if any.

Acceptance of resignation letter.

Handling of resignations and processing NOC Due Clearance for full & final settlement.

Generating Relieving letter, Experience Letters etc.

Processing File to Accounts Department for final settlement.
