l. Modification of electrical control circuit and rewiring work carried out for billet cutting machine

and achieved around 3 times of the blade life.

m. Permanent solution for log heating furnace cross over pipe line failure due to high temperature

by providing additional thermocouples with extra interlocking controllers for cross over pipe.

Problem completely eliminated.

n. Reconditioning of 400 & 500 KVA Transformer winding.

o. Permanent solution for Product puller DC motor braking by providing dynamic braking.
