Company: Microchip Technology Inc.
Duration: 16th June, 2014 – Present
Role: Test Firmware developed and perform unit testing for parts that are supported.
PM3 Unit Test Automation: Under this project, scripts are developed to automate tests on
Microchip’s Firmware which is designed to drive the Microchip’s universal device
programmer, PM3. Scripts are developed using Groovy, an object oriented Programming
based scripting language.
Proc ID Update of Microchip PIC Micro controllers: Automation of ID update of beta
tested Microchip’s Micro controllers using Perl. The test status is obtained by parsing XML
files and the reports are logged to excel sheet.
Projects:
Automatic Light Control systems Using Arduino:
• This system controls illumination levels depending upon number of persons aiming
power saving using Arduino Uno Board that has ATMEGA 328 microcontroller and
sensor used for this system is IR Transmitter- Receiver module. IDE used is Arduino
1.5.4.
Priority Based Sensor System Using LPC1343 and FreeRTOS:
• In this project, FreeRTOS is ported into ARM Microcontroller (LPC1343) and an
experiment is done to understand deferred interrupt handling.
Performance Analysis of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation Technique:
• Under this project, parameters [THD, LOH] are evaluated using MATLAB simulation
to improve the performance of a two level inverter.
• The technique used is for performance optimization is Space Vector Pulse Width
Modulation using simulation
Publications:
Published a paper “An Optimized Code for Space Vector PWM for a Two Level Voltage
Source Inverter” in IJISME in April 2013
