chillers and ice machines. Coordination, training and supervision of

inmate workers, maintaining inmate and property accountability and

adherence to safety practices and regulations. Ordering materials and

equipment, coordination with vendors.

Engineering Supervisor - The Packard Companies December 2010

Working supervisor for three engineers in maintenance of HVAC and

other equipment, painting, remodeling, monitoring safety equipment, etc.

at the Holiday Inn in Fresno (until management firm lost their contract).

Evaluated equipment status, consulted with vendors concerning costs and

options for prospective equipment upgrades, purchased materials and

equipment.

Refrigeration, Kitchen Equipment and Other Large Industrial Equipment

. Serviced and repaired commercial refrigeration, chiller and freezer

systems and ice machines. Maintained a wide variety of institutional

kitchen and laundry equipment and related plumbing, steam and

electrical systems. Serviced and repaired industrial air compressors

and co-generation motors.

. Dramatically reduced the frequency of emergency call-backs for

breakdowns.

Painter II - CTF Soledad - Soledad, CA September 1986 - May 1988

. Estimated jobs, coordinated work for up to 12 inmates. Maintained

security of tools and equipment. Installed glass. Operated waterfall

spray booth and sealed hazardous waste water.

. Ran a tri-facility paint shop for 6 months when no supervisor was

available. Ordered materials for paint shop and kept all related

paperwork. Kept a perpetual inventory of hot paints.

Painter I - Fairview Developmental Center - Costa Mesa, CA August

. Prepared surfaces and painted, estimated materials and labor, operated
