manufacture product .Change from resin & cotton mixture base used
in RUL to Thermoplastic fiber & cotton ECO + product . Successful
transition with compression moulding press cycle times going from
23 seconds to 13 Seconds along with transition from pinch trimming
to water-jet cutting operations.
. 2009>2010:- Support & direction Shanghai, China Head Quarters &
Chongqing, China manufacturing location. To review and define set-
up and start-up of steam process along with equipment for the
manufacture of inner dashes & floor systems using THM in place for
the first time in China.

Inner-dash, Manufacture in Turkey. Supplied direction for all
prototypes, process development & manufacturing tooling build
criteria conducted in Sevelen, Switzerland (3) visits conducted.
. 2003:- Developed & designed the first Automated Mechanical
transfer System using vacuum in the History of the company in N.
America. Resulting in the most profitable part ever manufactured.
Complete RUL floor system. Original manufacture required two
Cells11people - 3 Shifts a day = 33 employees with automation one
cell 3 people at 3 Shifts a day = 9 people resulting in 1.5
million cost avoidance (savings) yearly. Program lasted 4 years =
8 million savings approximately.

in Italy, Building all Tools in America shipping & Setting-up in
Italy For Europe's supply of the Chrysler Minivan right hand drive
RUL product, Visited Italy 10 times to place operation .
. 1996:- Developed & Built the first HETT (High Energy Thermal
Transfer) (Using Steam) Pinch Trim Moulding Compression Tool in N.
America, Resulting in compression moulding cycle time going from
1.5 minutes to 23 seconds plus the elimination of trim Tooling,
All compression Mould Tooling has used Steam since that time.
Instrumental in the further development of RUL and later Eco+.
