Current Responsible for the training of new employees in all areas of the restaurant, but most importantly for
teaching them how to greet customers at the front counter and in drive-thru lane #1 and #2.
Responsible for teaching the new employees how to take payment for orders,
issuance of their receipt, and to hand out the proper food order as the customer
feels appreciated and has a pleasurable experience.
I teach responsibility for first impression and valued customer relations, and I am
currently the "Ambassador" for the "Taco Bell for Teens Graduation, Grant and
Scholarship Program".
Maintained and enforced a safe and clean working environment at all times.
Diligently maintained safety and quality standards.
Coached employees in developing and achieving individual performance goals.
Supervised the first shift opening operations.
Obtained training for "First Assistant" position until the position for General Manager
changed hands.
