experience in different sectors and various regions. The manufacturing
set ups connected is in Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Thailand,

. The Group is involved in spinning, knitting and manufacturing of work
gloves, knitted and woven apparels, sweaters and work clothing. The
manufacturing facilities are in UAE, Sri Lanka and Pakistan, technical
office in UK and marketing office in Canada.
. Managed Projects from the planning stage to the final implementation,
in Karachi, UAE and Colombo, and successfully implemented three
projects. (Project design, negotiating and finalizing contracts,
construction and final production) Responsible to implement the ISO-
9002 and get the industry certified. This was the first Pakistani
company to get certification.
. International Business Management was the major responsibility in
which dealt with companies in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, China,
Singapore, U.A.E., U.K., France, Germany, etc.
. Managed four of the existing factories (Three in Pakistan and one in
UAE) in areas including sourcing, production, planning, budgeting and
costing, technical, MIS, etc.
. Handled a volume of 12 to 15 million US $ annual exports of knitted
and woven apparels, sweaters and work clothing mainly to US customers
like Levi's, Gap, Polo, Champion, Elis etc., whereas the group
turnover was over US $ 100 million.
. All projects were handled based on the vendor compliance International
Standards and ISO-9002 certified environment.

. Taken a project with Lubna Foods, establishment in U.K., having a
distribution network.
. Responsibilities included computerization of accounts and inventory
system, networking and banking and imports. Annual turnover of the
company was over 8 million pounds.
