- Earned recognition as champion in establishing the annual-to-daily maintenance and operations schedules, which included

Department of Defense components, as well as 42 international partner nations.

- Led squadron which won seven trophies at Air Mobility Command’s international RODEO competition, including Best Preflight,
Best Maintenance Team and Best Air Mobility Wing, from amongst 17 international competitors.
- Acted as a highly effective chief with 30,200 safe flying hours/9,600 flights; earning recognition from the inspector general
as the best maintenance seen in years.

Commander, 317th Maintenance Operations Squadron Dyess Air Force Base, TX 2008–2010
Responsible for the maintenance training, supply support, analysis, command/control and mobility operations of 685 personnel. Played
a significant role as the Crisis Action Team director for the first-ever operational readiness inspection focused on Defense Support
of Civilian Agencies.

Maintenance Operations Officer Shaw Air Force Base, SC 2005–2008
Controlled operations for world’s largest, combat-focused F-16CJ fleet, comprised of 88 aircraft, 780 personnel, and $3.2B in assets.
Assumed full accountability in facilitating weekly shared resources meetings; integrating and allocating constrained resources.
Oversaw the installation’s $90M annual flying program.

- Provided USAF’s only active-duty, fighter alert mission; generated 176 no-notice eastern US sector protection sorties.

Led 223 personnel in nine specialties. Directed all generation, maintenance and sustainment activities for 27 A/OA-10 combat aircraft
valued at $289M, in USAF’s most forward, permanently-based wing. Effectively negotiated depot-level modifications and repairs
schedules with the Defense Contract Management Agency and Korea Air Lines.
Selected Highlights:
- Significantly lowered the repeat/recur rate by 52% and attained 92% aircraft mission capability rate through standardization
in production scheduling and formalizing weapons-systems troubleshooting procedures.
- Successfully managed the creation and implementation of the most efficient phase inspection plan; subsequently reducing
inspection flow days from 15 to 10 days for each aircraft.
