. Open and sort all incoming mail from patient interested and inquiring

about their gold card or applying for the gold card.

. Input all information in the system regarding the incoming mail

. Answer incoming calls from patient inquiring or checking the status of

their gold card.

. Mailing out patient gold cards, when other counselor complete the

paperwork or application from patients. Complete or Create new

employee files for the Manager

. Answers call from the Transfer center, different hospital regarding

status of patient's eligibility (between 10 - 20 calls) daily with no

limit amount of patients on the list.

. Keeps a daily log of the calls with the patient's name, date of birth,

etc.

. Answers calls and emails from PARC regarding the status of patient's

eligibility from 20 - 30 throughout the day daily.

. Maintain a log of all calls and emails and forward the information to

all Eligibility centers daily.

. Maintain the amount of supplies that are in stock

. Order supplies for Correspondence / Louis J. Moore twice a month.

. Back up for Holly Hall when secretary isn't in or when needed.

. Open mail - receive the mail 3 days of the week... Monday, Tuesday,

. Research on a daily basis to see what applications are out close to 14

day, and get status from caseworker, if the caseworker isn't in

research the area for the applications and distribute the apps to
