PROJECT WORK

• B.TECH: MAIN PROJECT

• Title: Solar Tracking System Using LDRs

• Description: The project is aimed to design an automatic solar tracking system

which is very useful in industrial environment to gain the economical benefits of

power consumption. Till now in shopping malls, theaters, home appliances and

conference halls and at any another places we are using the power sources like

generators along with the main power supply, but they are expensive. That’s why

by using the solar power, we can generate power and as it is a natural power, there

is no reduction in the source of power production and also no power wastage in

this system.

MINI PROJECT

Title: Implementation of Unmanned Automatic Railway Gate Controlling

Description: The objective of this project is to manage the control system of railway gate

using the microcontroller. When train arrives at the sensing point alarm is triggered at the

railway crossing point so that the people get intimation that gate is going to be closed.

Then the control system activates and closes the gate on either side of the track. Once the

train crosses the other end control system automatically lifts the gate. For mechanical

operation of the gates 1.8 step angle stepper motors are employed.

M.TECH: PROJECT

Title: On Deadlock Problem of On-chip Buses Supporting Out-of-Order Transactions

Description: Out of-order transactions that allow responses to be returned in an order

different from their request order play an important role in this improvement. However, a

deadlock situation may occur if these transactions are not properly manipulated. In this

paper, we address the deadlock problem in an on-chip bus system supporting out-of-order

transactions. We present a graphic model that can well represent the status of a bus

system and show that a cycle exists in the graph if and only if the bus system is in an

unsafe state that may lead to a bus deadlock.
