Member of senior leadership team and responsible for national sales

organization and developing go-to-market strategies for all customer sizes

and segments. Developed strategies and accountability tools and processes

for 700+ sales consultants to support independent restaurants, local

chains, and multi-unit chain customers. Co-designed with finance in-depth

profitability analysis for chain customers. Collaborated closely with

merchandising and marketing to create strategies, tools and measures to

focus growth on highest total gross margin SKU's
