Oversee store’s daily functions to ensure readiness and standard operating procedures: this would include Hiring & Staffing,

Store Budget, SOP audits and Scheduling & Labor Management. Support manager on duty and handle all MOD calls

while running the floor. Focus on building an efficient team in the front of the store: Customer Service, MCSA’s, and

Sales Transaction Associates to impact revenue and help regulate smart business decisions. Drive business sales results

Build strong communication with management and sales team. Reduce shrink and regulate inventory by reducing

paperwork and transaction errors.

Filter all incoming calls and direct appropriately. Handle all MOD and department calls to relieve sales floor before transferring. Drive

sales and services by focusing on closing sales and processing over the phone. Close out and create orders through Store Pickup.

Assist customers in a timely manner to reduce wait time in store and on phone. Drive down phone abandon rate by having awareness

of queue and by being prepared to sell. This would include knowing current promotions and knowledge of all departments, services,

product and standard operating procedures.

stocking and oversee productivity and lock up items. Maintain store functionality and ensure all demos and displays are all properly up

Marketing and maintaining store stock. Organize and maintain a clean warehouse for daily functions and to prevent store shrink.
