Directing asset management, operations and maintenance (O&M), and performance optimi zation activities for a 410-MWac

utility-grade photovoltaic solar power generation facilities development portfolio. Support global business development and

construction efforts. Responsible for in-house asset management resources, management of third-party O&M services and

suppliers, and regulatory/compliance/environmental health & safety (EHS) program oversight and execution.

Designed and installed PI-based remote operations center in San Antonio headquarters office, including IT infrastructure

development, communications infrastructure, site integration, monitoring & control, & performance analytics.
