Ingenuity Associates (2014 – 2015)
Conduct data retention and security assessments for 28 client hospitals to review current environment, then submit and
implement recommendations surrounding process improvement and workflow for storage, back-up, and recoverability of data
associated with Cath Lab & Radiology operations.
Develop processes for onsite data retention and security assessment of Cath Lab & Radiology imaging and other DICOM
formatted data within the Healthcare Industry. This process is based on HITRUST standards and will be used to set the
assessment standards and train future assessment consultants to address the forecasted growth in this market.
Worked with corporate leadership to develop PMO templates to be used across the corporation for future projects.
Hospital Corporation of America (2011 – 2014)
As a contractor and permanent employee, I have successfully managed up to five projects concurrently. These include
corporate & IT software development and IT Security Infrastructure projects, projects to be deployed in the field, and projects
working directly with HCA subsidiaries. The budgets associated with these projects ranged from one half million dollars to over
6 million dollars, and required close partnership with vendors, business owners, product owners, and product input from field
personnel
These projects have been executed using both Waterfall & Agile methodologies. Where new methodologies have been
required, I have trained or engaged training for all members of the project team so that the team was not slowed due to
process over product delivery.
Southern Convention Services (2010 – 2011)
Establish, implement, and execute project management methodologies. Provide project management leadership and
experience for IT and non-IT product development projects. This responsibility includes all industry standard phases of project
management outlined in the PMI PMBOK, as well as business analysis and resource management. Because of increased
resource efficiencies, this effort contributed to a 14% increase in sales during the first half of 2011.
Provide recommendations, resource analysis, proof of concept testing, and implementation for IT infrastructure and business
platforms/applications for a small business. Completed projects provided improved reliability, greater end-user productivity,
and a disaster recovery strategy that was successfully implemented during the North Alabama tornadoes of April 27th, 2011.

north Alabama. By expanding the capability and reliability of the infrastructure, we were able to provide online reporting across
29 remote locations directly to the 3 corporate offices. This productivity improvement saved this Non-profit company
approximately $25,000 annually.

disability industry.

Establish an IT infrastructure and data center for a start-up company. This effort included encrypted connection with
application developers in Bangalore, India.
Identify suppliers and vendors to provide IT services to AdeptMedia. Negotiated and managed contracts required to support IT

Establish, manage, maintain, and improve operational components of a start-up company in the marketing technology industry.
Determine facilities requirements and worked with commercial real estate agents and building developers to acquire and refit

Xerox/ACS, Inc. (2000 – 2006)
Establish, staff, and manage program management offices in multiple organizations within ACS Commercial Segment and
manage the re-organization to combine these separate program management organizations into one corporate-wide team.
Develop, improve, and maintain project management and business process engineering/improvement practices for ACS
Commercial Segment. The ACS Commercial Segment provides IT and business process outsourcing services to domestic and
international accounts and was responsible for over 60% of ACS’s 5.4 billion dollars in revenue for fiscal year ending June,
2006.
Manage multiple IT & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) transition programs. These programs ranged in magnitude from 6
to 18 months with budgets of half million to 22 million dollars. Projects with this program portfolio were both domestic and
international in scope. Revenue generated from these programs ranged from 20-700 million dollars.
Provide program management expertise for disaster recovery readiness testing exercises for international customers. These
were real-time tests where the customer required ACS to take down live business infrastructure systems in the production
environment and restore them in multiple off-site locations across the United States within 72 hours of disaster test initiation.
GMAC/Homecomings Mortgage (1999 –2000)
Establish a PMO for GMAC subsidiary, Homecomings Mortgage Company. The structure and project management
methodology that I established for this subsidiary was scaled to fit the larger GMAC parent corporation and rolled out through
corporate headquarters across the country.
Provide program and project management expertise and leadership to local and enterprise-wide information technology
projects insuring timely delivery within budget.
Provide program management expertise and technical consulting for Y2K preparedness plan.
Develop and implement project management tools and methodologies to be employed by GMAC-RFC.
Associates Finance Corp. (1996 – 1999)
Provide leadership and project management expertise to IT and asset management projects with multiple risk factors and/or
aggressive timetables.
Responsible for project management of data center migration from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Dallas, Texas. The scope of my
responsibility included all WINTEL based LAN/WAN systems. During this migration we upgraded the production servers,
network infrastructure, network operating system, and ensured that this network was Y2K compliant.
Project Manager for Year 2000 compliance testing and contingency planning for IT infrastructure and business applications
across all business groups.
Write white papers and conduct benchmark tests to provide technical recommendations for future IT platforms and asset
management processes for the corporation.
NationsBank (1994 –1996)
Provide LAN/WAN project management/facilitation services to the Trust and Transaction Utility organizations of NationsBank

Facilitate process re-engineering effort to improve problem identification and resolution procedures employed throughout the
Technical Services Utility organization within NationsBank.

environments within the banking industry.

Provide project management and network design to customers for client/server solutions to be implemented within the financial
