versions)
Project Description:
This application would provide an intuitive, interactive First Notice of
Loss (FNOL) approach that allows the Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to
streamline the FNOL process while obtaining more accurate and relevant
facts for the loss report.
This is developed to support future FNOL services for multiple insurance
companies; the application would direct the FNOL, based on the policy
details, to the appropriate Claims Processing application. The application
will be further leveraged for Customers and Agents for use on farmers.com
and the Agency Dashboard
For purposes of this project, the focus will be on the integration with
Farmers Insurance claims processing systems (CRN and NWCS) respectively for
Auto FNOL & WC FNOL.
The application will be a web-based, user guided application. The
application will use scripting through a logical set of questions for the
loss being reported. Answers to the questions will determine the next
appropriate question to display to the end user through the use of Business
Rules. The questions presented to the CSA will provide radio buttons and/or
drop down lists with a predefined set of answers.
Additionally, the answers to the questions will drive the system actions
such as which units should be created, how to assign the units, and when to
launch specific vendor programs.
Tasks Performed:
> Implemented user interfaces using Sections, Harness and HTML stream
rules.
> Analyze and fix the defects in the Quality Center.
> As part of business rules implementation I have created Activities,
Decision tables, Decision Maps and Declare expressions.
