Tax Advantaged College Savings Plans.

• Developed sales function by building and spearheading all sales operations, including direct

and broker channels. Developed job descriptions for various roles, goals, expectations,

• Responsible for state relations and ensured College Savings Bank (CSB) conforms to sales

and marketing requirements of each state for which CSB acts as the 529 program manager

• Worked with IT to develop the underlying CRM infrastructure required for CSB to broaden

bring several million dollars of sales into the bank.

Achievement: by successfully increasing sales and reducing costs, positioned CSB for highly
