Medical Assistant Customer Service

I am a bilingual medical assistant in English and Spanish I graduated in 2007 I am certified medical assistant I worked in a pediatric clinic in the front office and back office assisted doctor I worked in a loan company answering phones customer service when I worked in doctors office I took vitals patients chief complaint assisting doctor answering multi line phone service making appointments and reconfirming appointments
