• Facilitate PNPM Urban cycles, including: lobbying to stakeholders in charge of
poverty reduction in Surabaya City to to conduct studies and thematic discussions
with Urban Learning Community "Forum Pro Poor Surabaya", to increase the role
of TKPKD, the Regional Poverty Reduction Strategy Review, PJM Pronangkis of
Surabaya City, Gakin Data Base in Surabaya City that becomes programs target of
all SKPD in the city of Surabaya.
• Coordinate the program implementation plan with the Government in Surabaya
City including: Committing Officer (PPK) in the Office of Cipta Karya Public
Works (Kantor PU Cipta Karya), BAPPEKO of Surabaya City, and SNVT
Working Unit of PNPM MP program in the Department of Public Works Cipta

• Facilitate PNPM Urban cycles, including: lobbying to stakeholders in charge of
poverty reduction in Kediri district to increase the role of TKPKD, monitoring and
evaluating along with TKPKD towards poverty reduction programs, the Regional
Poverty Reduction Strategy Review, Integrated Data Base in Kediri district in
cooperation with TNP2K
• Coordinate the program implementation plan with the Government in Kediri
District Levels including: Committing Officer (PPK) in the Office of Cipta Karya
Public Works (Kantor PU Cipta Karya), BAPPEDA of Kediri District, and SNVT
Working Unit of PNPM MP program in the Department of Public Works Cipta
Karya Kediri as Agent of Budget User (KPA).
• Facilitate Revitalization of Communication Forum among Agencies/Community
