Became an expert in facilities maintenance for multiple

clients and employers. Recent Project Highlights:

Landscaping: Mowed, trimmed, and maintained lawns and

flower beds, using hand or power mower.

Irrigation: I Installed pipe going under the greenhouse to

keep the water flowing, including the installation of water

pipes and sprinkler heads along framework, using

pipe-wrenches and couplings. Repaired and maintained

sprinkler system.

Carpentry: Under the direction of a master carpenter,

constructed, erected, installed and repaired structures and

fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard, using carpenter's

hand tools and power tools, and conforming to local

building codes.

Concrete and Masonry: also under the direction of a master

mason, I laid building materials such as brick, structural

tile and concrete cinder, arches, sewers and other

structures. Placed concrete, blocks, and formwork for

reinforce concrete.

Roofing: shingle installation and leak fixture is what I

meanly focus on keeping the maintenance of the roof and a

very hard worker at that.

Plumbing: installed and repaired plumbing fixtures, such as

sinks, commodes, bathtubs, water heaters, hot water tanks,

garbage disposal units, dishwashers and water softeners.

Building Maintenance: Repaired and maintained physical

structures of commercial buildings. Performed minor and

routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other

related maintenance activities, using power hand tools. I

also do Welding including structural and maintaining of the

steel structural members. Pressure cleaner and painter of

structural and interior walls.

Flooring: Installed tile to walls, floors, and ceilings.

Cleaned, waxed and polished floors by hand and machine

following design specifications. Pressure clean exterior

using pressured levers of spray nozzles to regulate flow of

cleaning agent over structure surface. Striped and waxed

floors tiled floors using floor stripper/buffer machine.
