have over ten years of experience in management with a long career in

Information Technology (IT) in a variety of industries and positions

. Actively managed upgrades to the hospital's GE surgery, Siemens soarian

clinicals, Siemens enterprise document management, MedHost emergency room

applications. Managed the health information exchange for the patient

and clinical portal with multiple vendors. Successfully meet meaningful

use thresholds that allowed the hospital to retain the million of dollars

of financial incentives

cyber security including incident reporting, response planning, and

recovery planning

Administration and Bureau of Reclamation to assist in determining the

ownership of the Gila-Gila Transmission Line. While working together we

. Re-scoped the central files scanning project into SharePoint after it was

transitioned to me with a $1.75 million budget, which was reduced to

$50,000 per year. I initiated working with local volunteer organizations

(Goodwill and WORC) and utilized internal resources to accomplish the

project objectives. Without my efforts, this project would have been

cancelled. Volunteers have worked over 800 hours

. Supervised staff; wrote performance reports, awarded performance

recognition, provided training and conducted disciplinary actions

. Managed first new server being installed at American Express in several

years.

Worked with IBM contractors and team members to ensure all hardware,

software were compliant with American Express's IT policy and procedures

. Supervised the conversion of a Healthcare Management System from version

1.0 to 2.0, which allowed the application to accommodate multiple health

care providers, implementation of a data warehouse and multiple card

processors. Validated the upgrade met IT security policies and controls.
