Payroll. Led the original meetings to introduce the modules for senior managers at the

client and answered questions about the application.

Created Project plan, Cost, estimate, and divided work plan into phases of consecutive,

dependent or independent small sub projects. Followed up with Project managers from

client team to pursue with sub-projects that could be separately done.

Fit gap across global locations and talked live with various locations, setup core

Payroll and Time & Labor modules in PeopleSoft 9.1, Pay group tables for multi-

reasons and retired some of old action and action reasons. Worked on on-demand

Utilized the Time Reporting Codes and Earning codes. The implementation included

international and NA employees all reporting and charging time to different Business

Unit and Project Costing GL BU and Accounts.

Wrote Application Engine Program to update Time and Labor data for Material.

Customized Timesheet page to take Material and material id.

manager for some groups and by local Time Admin and approvers for some other

Configured GL and chart of accounts in PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and balanced data

through GL as well as Project Costing.

Customized Pay Calendar for Pay Accrual. Customized GL001 for Accrual Processing

in 9.1 and suggested customization to GL001 for offshore team.

Security-Managed, maintained and fixed issues pertaining to Security, Access, Time

and Labor Security, new hire access, new hire permission list assignment.

Chart-Key- Setup Account level mapping for earning codes based on employee

department or Business Unit. Setup the Chart-Key Fields and reviewed the mapping

changes. Reviewed Project Data, Resource Date, filtering Activity based on Project id

and Resource Category and sub categories based on other fields.

Defined Projects and Business Units in Finance module. Configured the fields of Project

id, Activity id, Category and sub category into Timesheet.

Defined the way the data should come into timesheet from Agile. Client uses Agile for

operation employees to send start and stop time on different projects that they work.

Configured Timesheet to take Material (material used for jobs in operation area) via a

TRC on timesheet and the cost be sent to Project Costing via user fields.

Absence Management- Made transition for incoming data for Absence Management

into Timesheet..

Created the technical rules for Time and Labor:

Pay 50% of remaining shift, when employees worked at least half of normal shift.

Pay overtime over, 7, 9 and 10 and double time after 3 hours of overtime. Setup FLSA

and shifts.

Sunday premium at 1.5 the regular work, after 4 hours of overtime.

Split hours between States of PA and MD into Payable time.

Friday overtime after 6 hours and Saturday after 6 hours for those whose shift is 6

hours on 5th day.

Successfully put six countries on Time and Labor live in production. Currently

supporting the system.

Worked and successfully implemented Commitment Accounting, GL Interface fields.

Performed trouble shooting on GL interface file and maintained the accounts.

Created pages, menu and AE to assign employees into fit workgroup automatically by

looking at characteristic of action and action reason on Job data.

Configured Time and Labor 9.1 and reconciled two separate systems into

one. Client had part of the data on 8.8 and other portion and locations on 8.3

and consolidation included putting all into 9.1 database.

Created about thirty custom rules (Pay rules) for the client to pay premium on

different basis of overtime, 7th day premium, Sunday premium, and many more.

Transitioning of partial of the location to WORKDAY. Setup and data extract

for table configuration.

Tested Workday application changes for HR and Payroll including various

Pay Cycles, Job Profile, and accuracy of budget upon change, rejected the

recommendation and Tested Workday functionality of Comp Recommendation(

to give increase) – as direct report role- in various Comp cycles.
