Facilitated oversight over 100 Managers, Supervisors, and Maintenance crew
members, while being accountable for day-to-day operations of multiple
housing communities. Managed special assignments with focus on assuring
adherence to CMHA and federal regulatory requirements. Monitored
Outsourced management of 13 communities, reviewing weekly/monthly
