Position – Project Administration Manager October 2013 – present
Tasks for this position vary slightly from those of Service Manager – provide support, coordination
and scheduling for service calls, small security system installations, preventative maintenance and
warranty calls using the IMMS online service system. Create, execute, deliver and follow-up each
service request or maintenance call. Maintain and update the IMMS system daily, compare to field
time sheets for accuracy. Assist with estimates for new security installations by working with the
estimator and engineer to provide the most accurate cost proposals to our customers. I am also
responsible for ordering new and/or replacement materials, inventory of spare parts and processing
RMA (Return Auth. Materials) for the Integration Support Group. Assist accounting with any
invoicing documentation for billing. Supervise all field time entry for our group which includes
verification and approval of field time; this requires a close working relationship with our payroll
department. Update and maintain the SES Vehicle Fleet including all vehicle assignment and tracking.
Provide all Administration support for the Integration Service & Support group and all scheduling for
the groups field personnel.

Position – Service Manager Feb. 2003 – October 2013
Tasks included but not limited too – coordinating service calls, scheduling small security system
installations, and providing preventative maintenance. Conduct site surveys, provide estimates for new
security work, scheduling of preventive maintenance (PM) under contract and submit PM reports upon
completion. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating service projects, development of budgets,
ordering of all materials and submitting costs for monthly billing. Oversee security needs for CEO’s
residences which includes, working with engineering and security facility office on new additions and
upgrades. Maintain all local M.C. Dean’s facilities security maintenance, upgrades, service needs etc.
Assist General Superintendent with staffing, field scheduling and orientation of all new field
employees within the Division. Coordinate with security office for finger prints and security
paperwork for new field hires. Supervise all field time entry for the SES Division which includes
working closely with the payroll department. Update and maintain the SES Vehicle Fleet including all
vehicle assignment and tracking. Keep a running inventory of company shirts for new SES field
personnel.
Position – Assistant Service Manager May 2000 – Feb. 2003
Tasks included coordinating daily service calls with field technicians, scheduling site visits and
documenting all service calls. Assist with job estimating and budgeting for new work. Enter all field
hours for weekly payroll. Work closely with both HR and Payroll Departments.
Assist other office personnel as requested.
Wood Resources International Ltd. - Leesburg, VA
Manager of Client Services from June 1997 to May 2000
Duties included organizing and maintaining all administrative office requirements. She also
established and maintained company client database, mailed and distributed publication and other
promotional efforts; organized exhibits prior to seminars, conferences and shows; coordinated and
managed support for special projects as designated, updated and maintained company website; and
maintained all accounts receivable/payable and responded to inquiries concerning company
qualifications and subscription services when necessary.
American Society of Appraisers - Herndon, VA
Position - Admissions/Ethics Exam Coordinator with the Membership Department
September 1994 to May 1997
Tasks included but not limited to: responsible for processing all new membership applications;
maintaining membership records; and distributing all new membership packages including study
materials. Her other duties included providing monthly and quarterly reports, as well as interim reports
as requested. She also graded and distributed all Ethics examinations and maintained current member
files until annual dues were paid.

Position - Settlement Coordinator - September 1989 through September 1994
Tasks as Settlement Coordinator included pre-settlement preparation, which involved ordering
property title reports from the county and land surveys from survey companies. She also coordinated
and prepared all settlement/closing documents; prepared post-settlement packaging and distribution;
ascertained all loan payoff and court recordings were completed in the time allowed; coordinated
settlement schedules between clients, bank and/or mortgage company; and consulted with loan
processors and mortgage brokers for documentation preparation.
