production requirements, specializing in the manufacturing of government aerospace production.
I have also held the position of acting Manufacturing Engineering manager for M.E. Planning and
Project Control group, in which I was responsible for meeting scheduled drawing release

quality, engineering, and supply chain at high-value electromechanical seat shells manufacturing
facility
• Responsible for coordination among the AA On-site Team, holding daily on-site stand up
meeting to review status and issues with supplier and on-site AA staff
• Report issues and status to AA Leadership. Must be able to drive to root cause of arising issues
and work with Supplier Leadership to implement process changes to prevent recurring issues
• Responsible for validating forecasts provided by supplier and/or developing and communicating
realistic forecasts to AA Leadership and project teams weekly
• Review Supplier's parts shortages list on a daily basis and work with Supplier leadership to drive
on-time parts availability to 100%
• Responsible for final pre-shipment inspection and documented capture of all discrepancies with
dispositions to allow future supplier rework

Project Management & Planning Operations (2005-2007 & 2012-2013): Responsible to
provide comprehensive assembly line Project planning support for the Palmdale mfg center IPT.
Facilitated daily integrated product team meetings, review of project schedules, shop operating
plans and master schedule and critical path constraints. Provided weekly status briefings to
executive management. Chaired daily status meetings with Mfg team prior to schedule updates
and distribution. Provide planning for, status of, and actively support tasks/efforts required to
acquire, produce and incorporate air vehicle hardware/capability changes. Provide project
management expertise to ensure effective program plan coordination & production tasking
execution. Actively support system risk mitigation measures by coordinating efforts required for
mitigating and averting potentially disruptive issues and unplanned events. I supported the Global
hawk fuselage transition from Palmdale to Moss point Miss as the Project manager, this project
was completed on schedule with no manufacturing disruption. (Global Hawk, B-2 & F-35
Program)
Manager, Global Supply Chain, Goods Movement Palmdale Mfg Center (2007 –
2012): Responsible for providing receiving, warehousing, kitting, distribution, shortage
management, MRP make planning and production control support & MRP Analyst’s and Kitting
for all Palmdale manufacturing center programs. Also Responsible to ensure chemicals and
consumables are available to support all programs at the Palmdale manufacturing center.
Oversee and manage the GSC Goods Movement direct labor budgets at PMC. Managed hourly
& salaried employees seven days a week 2 shifts. wrote performance goals and performance
reviews, career development plans etc. ( F-35 & B-2 Programs)
Project Management / Air Vehicle Manager, Palmdale Mfg Center (2005-2007): Monitor
and assess and coordinate the resolution of all efforts required for mitigating or averting risks, and
disruptive issues to a timely build, test, and delivery of aircraft. Chaired daily, weekly project
schedule status meeting with the integrated product team and review constraints and issues,
briefed executive management on project status weekly on tasks relating to master schedule
progress.. Provide a integrated and comprehensive on site assembly line program plan for each
vehicle. Work with RBDC to determine if / when production ground station, software, & RBDC lab
activities / constraints result in potential and real impacts to production testing schedule and
resolve impacts. Provide dual site project planning support and visibility of production build / test
activity. Ensure NGC internal functions and peripheral IPT’s support the timely review & release of
product requirements, acquisition and production planning in support of supplier, NGC fabrication
and assembly tasks. (Global Hawk Program)
Manufacturing Engineer Project (1990-2005): Responsible for assisting manufacturing and
other support departments as needed in the position of Manufacturing Engineer/Planner for
Production and Modification Aircraft. Assist manufacturing in all aircraft assembly processes
including structures, systems, electrical, and surface prep. Responsible for creating and revising
manufacturing plans as required to assure that the complete statement of work is accomplished
on the aircraft in accordance with all applicable engineering documents and customer
requirements. Responsible for determining tooling requirements and coordinating with necessary
organizations to have tooling supplied to manufacturing. I have performed manufacturing support
duties in most manufacturing disciplines from detail fabrication through flight-line assembly and
test on the Northrop Grumman Aircraft. Participated in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing
methods. Manufacturing Engineer on flight test from 1990 to 1997. Mfg. Eng. on avionics racks
B-2 wire shop and producibility group as lead mfg eng/planner. Responsible for Engineering
Drawing Review for Palmdale Manufacturing Center programs. Attends weekly liaison change
board meetings, Served As Manufacturing Engineering Representative And liaison Change
control board DOA Chairperson for approx 1 year. (B-2 & Global Hawk Program)
Manufacturing Control Coordinator 1985-1990 Northrop Electronics Division:
Responsible for shop floor control, releasing circuit card assembly kits to mfg per schedule.
Ensured accuracy of bill of material, follow-up on any critical shortages. Responsible for inventory
of all kits in staging area. Maintained data accuracy in the NGC MRP business system
(MMPC).Interface with Liaison eng, mfg and Mfg Eng on a daily basis. Peacekeeper Missile
