OVERVIEW
I am an expert in business development and relationship management. I have helped land multiple
multimillion dollar new programs and successfully managed them from concept to production and beyond. I
would like to bring my experience and talents as a sales manager / senior account manager to a company in

• EGR Incorporated – Interim OEM Sales Manager
o Worked as sales manager from 8/2013 to 5/2014. This was to allow EGR, an
Australian automotive accessories plastics supplier, time to find a permanent manager
for the Detroit OEM accounts Ford, GM, Nissan and Chrysler. I was required to
perform much of the “hand on” engineering with the sealing of the parts to provide
watertight fits that could also withstand high speed wind testing.
• Meritor WABCO – Interim Senior Account Manager - Worked in the ABS and stability
control group for their tractor trailer customers from 11/2012 to 5/2013.
• Fujitsu Ten Corp of America – Interim Senior Account Manager
o Responsible for managing the Fujitsu Ten’s group to General Motors, Harman and
Chrysler at all levels of management. GM, Nissan, and Toyota are Fujitsu Ten’s
largest customers.

Accomplishments:
Won Valeo Blind Spot Detection program with annual revenue estimated at $35 million.
Re-won four Valeo wiper programs with annual revenue of $7.5 million.
Won six lighting programs at Federal Mogul with annual revenue of $1.5 million.
Detroit office was closed October 17, 2008 due to downturn in auto industry.
9/04 to 9/07 Boston Acoustics – Automotive Senior Account / Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing Boston Acoustics’ Detroit automotive market in partnership with
Visteon for OEM branded sound systems. Boston Acoustics won approximately 50% of DCX’s
branded sound systems.
- Had technical engineering interface responsibility with Visteon and DCX for Boston
Acoustics.
- Commercial responsibilities for pricing calculations and negotiations.
- Lead Boston team on Nissan non-branded multimedia program.
• Interfacing with Visteon and DCX quality department for all technical issues along with local
Boston Acoustics’ quality engineer.
Accomplishments:
Successfully launched the LX/WK DCX Boston Acoustics branded sound systems with a $20
million plus revenue.
Re-won the LX/WK platform through 2011 against Harman International.
Launched four other DCX platforms with the Boston Acoustics branded systems.
Four other OEM’s were investigating a move to Boston Acoustics branded sound systems.
o Initiated the relationship with GM and GM has since placed the Boston Acoustics
sound systems in two platforms.
7/00 to 9/04 Robert Bosch Corp. – Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Bosch is a leader in the automotive supply industry. I had the sales team leadership

responsibility for the Blaupunkt / Bosch navigation, multimedia group and the Bosch
electronics surround sensing, electronics adaptive cruise control, electronics collision avoidance
and other body control module groups to Ford Motor Company.
o Engineering technical interface with Ford alone and with Bosch engineers.
o Commercial responsibilities for pricing calculations and negotiations.
Pricing calculations including exchange rates.
o Interfacing with customers’ quality department for all technical issues. Often
Bosch quality department had to be included.
Accomplishments:
Successfully introduced Bosch/Blaupunkt into the Ford supply base by landing a
$35,000,000 MP3 audio system beginning in 2002 based on a European navigation radio.
o This was developed based on an idea personally conceived.
Successfully introduced Bosch into the Ford supply base for rear parking aid systems by
landing a $14,000,000 program beginning 2005.
Successfully introduced Bosch into the Ford supply base for adaptive cruise control winning a
$10,000,000 program beginning in 2006. The award was pending at time of my departure.
