EXPERIENCE Exceeding forty years in residential and commercial construction, both
structural and non structural during which the last 15 years were in a
supervisory and inspection capacity. Assist in designing and executing
civil projects in conjunction with City of Las Vegas Engineering, Flood
Control District and private engineering consultants. Currently I am

projects including tenant improvements, steel stud framing including

Forensic Construction Defect Investigator
Perform very detailed inspections both photographic and written of civil,
single family and multi family residences as it relates to construction
defects in both workmanship, manufacturer product installation and code
compliance. Provide repair recommendations and an approximate cost
estimate. Coordinate schedules and perform visual and destructive
testing of all relevant components complete with summarization.
As Project Manager, in charge of enforcing scope of repair, code
compliance, creating proposals, RFI’s, change orders, billing and
maintaining established budgetary constraints. Perform final inspections
to assure project has met the standard of quality and to approve billing
requests prior to project payment release.
Following is a partial list of projects:
• Las Vegas- Sun City McDonald Ranch, approximately 12 miles
of masonry walls with a combination of retaining and screen
walls
• Las Vegas-Turnberry Tower 4, interior plumbing/heating and
exterior stucco and concrete evaluations. Roofing, exterior
plumbing and heating towers.
• Las Vegas- South Valley Ranch, approximately 9 miles of
masonry walls with a combination of retaining and screen walls.
Particular attention is paid to this project due to the discovery of
non-typical “ Proto II” type walls ( post tensioned)
• Las Vegas- Tapatio, a community consisting of single and multi
family residences.
• Las Vegas- Peccole Ranch, civil drainage channel construction
from inception to final completion.
• Henderson- Seven Hills Master Association, approximately 14
miles of masonry walls with a combination of retaining and
screen walls.
• Las Vegas- Alexis Heights, a multi family condominium project.
• Sacramento- Cove @ Bayside, a multi family project.
• Las Vegas- Coronado Hills, a single family project.
• Las Vegas- Canyon Willow Tropicana, a multi family project.
