Role: Project Analyst
The goal of project was to preparing configuration user story cards based on working with last version of Guide Wire
insurance suit (Policy center) for QA and developers at Alfa and working with master story cards and product models for
helping Product owners in lines of business (Auto, Homeowner) for better understanding of Guide wire. The project was
running by Agile (Scrum) methodology in their environment (LIFT Program).
Responsibilities:
● Worked with Scrum team to Keep Scrum process running and help the Team focused on the current Sprint to achieve
Sprint goals.
● Interacted with the project team to define system objectives and scope, identified constraints and the measures of
success for the system
● Conducted user interviews and JAD sessions to get an understanding of the client’s business process and preparing
workshops for SMEs.
● Gathered primary input/output requirements and modeled the processes in context diagram using MS Visio.
● Gathered functional requirements from business users, Product Owners, Stakeholders.

Role: Business Analyst
Parsian Insurance Company was registered with Tehran Department for Registration of Companies and Non-commercial
Institutes. Conducting direct insurance operations in all fields, including Home, Auto, fire, Liability insurance. The goal of
project was build application for online claim management that allows customers to submit their online claims.
Responsibilities:
● Gathered business requirements through interviews, surveys, prototyping and observing from account managers and UI
(User Interface) of the existing broker portal system. Worked with Agile (Scrum) to keep project process running.
● Conducted JAD sessions with management, SME (Subject Matter Expertise), vendors, users and other stakeholders for
open and pending issues to develop specifications.
● Conducted controlled brainstorming sessions with project focus group.
● Prepared high-level BRD’s (Business Requirement Documents) supporting documents containing the essential business
elements, detailed definitions, and descriptions of the relationships between the actors to analyze and document business
data requirements.
