My responsibilities here where to check in patients for various Doctors verify patients insurance.
Handel patients’ accounts pull charts for the next work day and arrange them in alphabetical
order. I was in charge of receiving, sending, and organizing Doctors’ faxes. I also collected
patients, co/payments. The last thing I did was end of day work, for the patients that arrived,
missed appointments, or rescheduled appointments. My last duty was to collect all co/payments
and enter into the computer system. My Manager or Team leader had to double check my work.

My job here was as a front desk receptionist. I made appointments, greeted patients, scheduled
future appointments. I verified the types of insurance the Doctor only accepted. I assisted the
doctor with the Spanish speaking patients. I pulled patients charts for the next day appointments.
I was also in charge of translating all the future appointments for Hispanic patients. (Doctor

For this agency I worked as clerical receptionist. I answered telephones, typed memos and
interviewed prospective employees for needed positions in Factories. I was in charge of Spanish
speaking persons’ that were looking to find jobs in around the area of Cook County. I had to
make sure the employees made it to work on time and had great attendance.
