V Lead the computerization of Common schedule of Rate (CSR) and Analysis
of Common Schedule of Rates (ACSR). This product was designed to be
used by every state's Government's Public Works Department and several
thousand contracting companies all around the country.
V I was involved from gathering analysis, developed front-end app and
built entire data structure for the application. These systems turned
old contracts bidding system into computer based bill of materials (of
several thousand labor and material items).
V Contractors could create and predict the cost of a hospital and other
construction projects to be built over the time period with inflation
and geographic variables in mind.
V Lead development of Material Management System: Prepare Bills of
Material, Production Plans, and reports modules.
