All installs were as a level IV lead installer, running and terminating

up to specs. They sent us to Minnesota after this due to a few men leaving

a job site at Centrylink Central Office, after a week we fixed and

completed what was asked of us, after this we were told they were shutting

make sure I was giving the customers the best product that our company

offered. I always went the extra mile to assure that the customer was

100% satisfied. I have put in many multiple cat 5 lines and always testing

everything I did, the customer premises was something I have always

taken pride in and would never leave a home or business until they were

exactly what they wanted and the way they asked it to be done. Dealing

with clients is an area I always exceeded expectations and I carry that with

me on any job on any customer premises. I did multiple testing on every

job and logged tests into my meter so I could use the tests as a reference

point. I ran coax, cat 5 for multiple routers and set up businesses with full

accessibility for future usage.
