insurance plan and providing payment details. This involved interactions among 34 different applications. The

eligibility and benefit enquiry for post enrollment go through a gateway integrated channels. This interacts with other

integrated channels to blue accesses members which is portal for enrolled members and generating various reports,

medication summary, charting interactive views and generating graphical reports. Cerner’s infrastructure team uses

Rules wizard to filter the relevant alarms to be routed to the end user and displayed in the Cerner Alarm Manager

Instance Response Center (CAM IRC) console and BMC patrol for monitoring the middleware data.. The project
