e-mail from GW and convert it to XML then push it into Exchange/O365 using PowerShell commands.
Security, with easy-to-apply policies covering everything from attaching blocking to content filtering and

Archiving and discovery for Novell GroupWise, Microsoft Exchange and O365. The web based discovery
tool allows anyone to perform eDiscovery on archived email or email on legal hold.

FUJITSU Frontech North America - Management Consultant and Software PM
Fujitsu is a leading manufacturer of automated teller/self-checkout retail solutions.
Responsibilities:
Initially brought in as a consultant to help set up the PMO.
Managed many major National and International retail accounts.
Involved from initial conception to final implementation of Self-Checkout and payment Kiosk solutions.
Produced the Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) for the various features following discussions
and analysis of customer needs.
Achievements:
Analysed and restructured the company project management processes for better client account visibility and
management by customizing Sabrina Business Manager and exporting a comprehensive clients report.
Wrote the FRS’ and led a design team for the development of a full scale, enterprise wide Remote Monitoring
System which was tied in directly to the Support system back-end to ensure longer equipment up-time for
Fujitsu’s largest retailer account which had over 10, 00 units in their retail locations.
Turned around a dissatisfied European account that was on the verge of leaving Fujitsu for a competitor,
resulting in Fujitsu being the sole source provider.
Ensured that the prototype hardware and software (including Smartphone shopping app) was ready for the
National Retail Federation (NRF) and European tradeshows.

MEMORY EXPERTS INTERNATIONAL - Senior director of Engineering
MEMORY EXPERTS INTERNATIONAL is a manufacturer (140 employees) of memory expansion modules, hard drive
subsystems for office equipment and leading edge secure portable products. It has offices in Montreal, California, UK,
and Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Staffing and management of the Engineering Department (CAPEX/OPEX) and its Office
Equipment and Secure Portable products divisions.
Integrated and coordinated Engineering activities with Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Product
Management.
Led weekly NPI meetings with Purchasing and Production.
Responsible for product designs.
Prepared the SR&ED tax reports for government R&D tax credits.
Achievements:
Developed and certified portable storage devices with full AES 256 encryption and biometric finger
scanners including the first Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 approved flash drive.
Brought in new technologies such as lubricated and electrostatic resistant plastics as well as Liquidmetal
alloys.
Restructured the Engineering BOMs to transition to the MiSys Manufacturing System.

AD OPT (80 person organization) is a world leader in solutions for Crew Planning Optimization Solutions including
resource planning, optimal crew pairings while respecting rules, collective agreements and government regulations and
preferential bidding systems.
Responsibilities:
Project Management of the software releases of scheduling software based on complex mathematical
formulas.
Achievements:
Successfully planned, managed and delivered the first version of the MPP (Man Power Planning) program
for Qantas airlines based on their employee collective bargaining agreements.
Envisioned and led the development of the Bid Award Simulator and Non Transitional Training modules
for the MPP program.
Conceptualised and wrote the generic specifications and prepared the roadmap for both the MPP and PBS
(Preferential Bidding System program) products.
1999 – 2002
MARCONI COMMUNICATIONS - SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER
Marconi was an optical communications equipment manufacturer with operations in the UK, Italy and Montreal (330
people locally).
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire MCN optical multiplexer program including hardware, firmware, software,
availability of marketing collaterals, etc.
Achievements:
Awarded with one of two Marconi awards for outstanding achievement.
Successfully oversaw the product cycle from conception to delivery of a multinational development of a
SONET Add/Drop Optical Multiplexer supporting: OC3 to OC192 optical mappers, DS1, EC-1, E1 and DS3
electrical mappers, Fast Ethernet and GigEthernet data cards.
Led the MCN7000 product line through five releases and a cost reduction effort.
1995 –1999
CAE ELECTRONICS LTD. PROJECT MANAGER
CAE was a manufacturer of Energy Management and Distribution Management Systems
Responsibilities:
Project Management of EMS projects for Venezuela and Australia
Demonstrations of the electricity Distribution Management System
Specified, procured and integrated control system equipment
Collated data for an advanced client/server Electricity Distribution Control System turnkey project in
Egypt. The project encompassed 151 substations and distribution points, a Supervisory Control Center,
three Distributed Control Centers and a trunked voice and data radio system.
Achievements:
Successfully took over the PM duties, planned and re-negotiated the multi-phased development of the
Energy Management System for the Powerlink Queensland Company in Australia comprising three
subsystems; the Network Architecture System (NAS), Generation Management System (GMS) and
Operations Planning System (OPS). Travelled to Egypt to review and collect more data and correct
anomalies.
Developed a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) specifically for the project.
Developed several solutions to data gathering problems discovered while reviewing the equipment in
the field.
Earlier Work Experience
Communications and Alarm systems for the Hibernia Offshore Platform 8 billion dollar mega project
(PA/EA, Driller’s Talkback, PABX, Emergency Sound Powered Telephone). PA/EA system was picked up
by the Newfoundland Offshore Petroleum Board for close review.
International SCADA and Telecommunication projects in the Philippines and Nicaragua covering VHF,
UHF, M/W, PLC, fault recorder systems, etc.
Design and implementation of security systems for institutions requiring high security including
perimeter intrusion, CCTV and AC/AMS (correctional facility, volatile radio isotope facilities).
Radio telecommunications for CP Rail.
