Company’s Description:-
It is a mini industry of recycling of tyres involves purchasing of old tyres and reproducing them into new once
which costs of nearly 30 to 35% as compared to the cost of a new tyre.
They produce two tyres 1) Radial 2) Bias depend upon the condition of tyre, it will undergo into one of its
form.
Process involved for tyre retreading is Primary Inspection, Buffing, Rasping, Repair Section, Coating and
Application of rubber, Post cure inspection, Pre delivery inspection and Trimming and Painting.
It’s a low volume production industry with better process management with quality and quantity control.
Key responsibilities:-
Production control, planning, resources management, process or product failure analysis, root and cause
analysis.

Academic Details:
Masters (MSc) in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from University of Greenwich, Kent, UK
(September 2013- September 2014).
Masters Project - “Performance Enhancement of Microelectronic Heat sink using Finite Element Simulation”.
Gained Knowledge about the state-of-the-art of current microelectronics heat sinks.
Developed geometric models of 3 different heat sinks in CATIA.
Analyzed the heat sinks design using ANSYS by varying materials under high heat flux. (Ex: - composites,
alloys).
Followed by comparative study of results and recommended the best material and design for future
microelectronics heat sink.
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from MVGR college of Engineering, affiliated to JNTUK
University, Andhra Pradesh, India (September 2009 – April 2013).
Bachelors Project: “Improving The Efficiency of Breaker Card’s Roll Former in a Jute Mill”
Gained knowledge about the state of roll former used in jute mill and its

Developed geometric models of different gear trains by varying modules in
