Electronic Loan Approval Process

The purpose of this project is to define scope and requirements of an Online Loan

Application Processing System. This will enable company’s loan department to process the

loan applications in a structured manner and will definitely improve the response time and

over all turnaround time of loan processing. The Loan is a loan taken by a borrower from

the bank issued against the property/security intended to be bought on the part by the

Description: borrower giving the banker a conditional ownership over the property i.e. if the borrower is

failed to pay back the loan, the banker can retrieve the lent money by selling the property.

The main aim of the project is to design a web application that provides real time

availability i.e., easy online application access for loan seekers and to provide data security

and customer service.
