Glazer’s Distributors, North Little Rock, Arkansas (Aug 2011 – Present)

It is a privately held Co. & the largest beverage wholesale distributor in the US (14 states, USVI & Canada), with 6000 workers.

General Sales Manager (Since Nov 2013)

Responsible for leading & managing a team of 13-Red Bull drivers, Merchandisers, DSMs, Key Accounts Specialists, for energy drink execution statewide. Involved in holding positions as Merchandiser & District Sales Manager, distributing Red Bull energy drink to Glazer’s customers in Arkansas and also indirectly managing the sale of Red Bull in 3 other divisions in the state. Directing the sales of Red Bull for the Razorback Division responsible for wet counties served by Glazer’s, as well as participating on the Director of Sales process improvement team.

* Skillfully directed the hiring, training, merchandising, logistics, ordering, & distribution of the product; set all performance goals including bonuses, incentives & sales contests; budgeted and managed the P/L for the team:

* Hired and managed 15 merchandising sub-contractors in the state; these contractors provided the stocking, pricing, placement of floor displays and rotation of product based on freshness expiration dates

* Effectively instituted new processes for Asset Tracking of cold equipment; created new driver rules for servicing customers and utilized the 90 days of Sales Training curriculum
