Network Operations Watch Officer/Technician: Filled various leadership positions including Watch
Officer and COMSEC Responsible Officer which ensured all IT maintenance and hardware/software
projects remained on schedule. Provided advanced troubleshooting for all IT issues to include
networking (data/voice), satellite communications, and encryption device problems. Manage and train
users on all conference room equipment to include VTC's and polycoms. Ensured all COMSEC and
CCI equipment was managed according to appropriate regulations and trained incoming users how to
manage COMSEC inventory.
Systems Administrator: Filled multiple leadership roles such as Project Manager, Training Manager, and
Team Leader within the Technical Support Directorate within the National Security Agency/ Central
Security Service. Provided tier 1 and 2 support to over 300 customers; installed and maintained all
network equipment and software, managed customer accounts, maintained licenses, and repaired system
hardware. Served as Project Manager for multiple high level projects which included a complete domain
migration. Managed all VTC equipment and trained users how to operate VTC equipment by creating an
in house training program and step by step guide book.
Executive Communications Team Noncommissioned Officer in Charge : Managed team of eight
service members who provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for 250 customers to include 14 General
Officers and DV's which included senior US officials such as the SECDEF in a forward deployed
environment. Provided recommendations to senior leadership on key issues such as emerging
technologies, IT security, and key personnel. Ensured all daily troubleshooting, installation, operation,
and maintenance of voice, data, and VTC equipment was completed on time and within customer
standards.

Alternate Base Equipment Control Officer: Accounted for 14,000 information systems valued in
excess of $24,000,000. Managed 153 accounts/account representatives, and developed and provided
training to 278 equipment custodians. Filled leadership role three pay grades above my current pay
grade, supervised 4 service members. Created comprehensive training program for all equipment
custodians, achieved 100% training compliance within 30 days.
Information Protection Manager: Provided network security for over 3,000 users and enforced all DoD
and United States Air Force network security policies. Reviewed firewall logs, scanned network for
vulnerabilities, ensured all virus protection software was updated, and recommended increased security
measures to senior leadership. Installed new proxy server that increased security and reduced the amount
of time needed to review logs of unauthorized websites.
Information Assurance/Emission Security Manager: Ensured 5,200 users at 11 European sites
followed all Information Assurance, Emission Security, Information Security, and Privacy Act regulations
were followed. Conducted inspections on equipment and facilities to determine the countermeasures
needed for information/emission security. Investigate all information security incidents and ensured that
all incidents were corrected. Designed and built office website which reduced the need for customers to
contact the office, this reduced the amount of personnel needed in the office.
System Administrator: Supervised team that ensured all base users had appropriate security permissions
and access to required network resources. Responsible for creating administrator level accounts and
provide customer support for network, blackberry, and PC issues. Managed team responsible migration
and installation of new backup system, and maintaining the backup system.
