CAREER PROLFILE

Since 1998 I have been employed as a Security Officer at various shopping

centre's, buildings etc for the companies as listed above with my main

responsibilities being :

Undertake building patrols and static guard duties;

Monitor alarms and respond when activated;

Complete fraud and theft investigations;

Perform Loss Prevention functions at retail ie Grace Bros/ Myer and David

Jones;

Roster, train and develop security staff;

Interact effectively with management and the general public;

Liaise with Police in regards to covert operations.

Between (1994-1998) as a Boilermaker/Welder, MVE Australia P/L I

manufactured, assembled and welded parts for the vessel including transport

legs.

As a Boilermaker/Welder, Warmglo Fireplaces P/L (1986-1994) I was

respondsible for metal fabrication and welding of fireplaces and BBQ's.

Between (1993-1994) as a Foreman I set up all machines and co-ordinated

production.
