Seeking for a Quality Manager position where my experience in Quality assurance management and

Process control engineering will be utilized to continually expand my horizon in this profession and be

part of the company’s continuous growth and business success.

B ACKGROUND

15 years is in Quality Engineering for Aerospace industry - casting nickel based alloy raw material for

various commercial and military engine application programs.

Prior to Aerospace industry, I have additional experience in Quality Assurance and Process Engineering at

chemical, polymer and textile industries for 5 years. Currently hold a degree in Bachelors of Science in

Chemical Engineering – minor in Computer Application, and black belt-six sigma training.

QUALITY UNIT MANAGER, PCC AIRFOILS LLC SMP, Wickliffe Ohio 2012 - PRESENT

Manages new product development qualification/launch for new engine programs

Manages Quality Engineering group to assure quality plans are implemented, acceptance criteria

standards, procedures / work instructions are current per customer quality flow down of requirements

Manages root cause, corrective actions and preventive actions using various analytical problem solving

methods such as DMAIC (six sigma), 4-blocker, Apollo, 8D, FMEA and other statistical tools.

Lead for customer systems audit and supports various Quality Management Systems audit for AS9100

and ISO-9001

Provides Quality Assurance support throughout the organization for continuous process improvement

activities

Quality lead for the organization to assure customer needs, expectations are understood and satisfied
