Samsung market level expansion of the Sprint LTE Network. The project spans 7 Regions with 21 Markets for
the expansion of the Sprint Network LTE 2.5GHz upgrade.

supporting the integration and deployment processes

Project Manager

iterations of the war room and changes in executive management, evolved from initially monitoring, tracking
and delivery of EVC circuits to successfully managing the deployment of site level tasks.
