implementation of "To Be" business model for the processes of: Procurement, Sales,
Marketing and Operations. Identified best practices and synergies of R$9 Million/year.
• Managed the implementation of new processes (harvesting, Total Productive Maintenance
(TPM), and supply chain) for a major Sugar-Alcohol Group in Brazil. Improved daily
harvesting productivity in 25% and agricultural equipment availability in 15%.

the monthly closing for a major player in the illumination industry in Brazil. Reduced closing
