Job Profile:
Regional Product Support Lead at ION Trading for Asia Pacific (APAC) region
which includes Sydney, Tokyo, Singapore & Delhi. Responsible for managing
smooth and efficient operation of the support team scattered in this
region. Establishing and maintaining client relationships is one of the key
responsibilities. Motivate the team through training, mentoring, career

Responsibilities:
> Responsible for day to day activities of APAC support team to ensure
delivery of efficient and high quality service to investment banks in
this region.
> Use JIRA tool extensively to manage workflow in APAC region.
> Act as main point of contact and escalations for customers (which
includes banks like JP Morgan, BNP Paribas, Citi, Morgan Stanley, ANZ,
CBA, Westpac, UBS, Nomura, Barclays, Mizuho Capital etc) in the APAC
region.
> Provide technical assistance to the junior team members for
complicated issues.
> Mentoring all new joiners in the team and make sure they are up and
running by first quarter and help in career progression for the junior
team members in the team
> Organizing weekly/bi-weekly/monthly call with customers to go through
outstanding issues & enhancement requests and also take regular
feedback regarding the quality of support we provide.
> Manage holidays and support cover for the team on daily basis.
> Understand and identify any requirement for training for the team
members and arrange the same accordingly after coordination with other
teams.
> Last but not the least responsible for translation of Japanese market
specifications (like Yensai, BB market) to English and provide the

Onsite Work:
> I was sent to ION New York Office in USA twice in December 2013 &
April 2014 to manage & train the North America Support team for 2
months. This is a newly built support team and I helped them
understand ION support standard processes and importance of good
services to customers. Meeting with key customers in New York like
Jefferies and Scotiabank was also part of the agenda.
> I was sent to ION Sydney Office in Australia in December 2014 to visit
key clients namely Westpac, ANZ, CBA &UBS. This was a part of year-end
review process with customers.

Job Profile:
Provide support to Asia Pacific clients (investment banks like JPMorgan,
Morgan Stanley, Citi, Nomura, etc.) on the issues encountered by the
traders while trading fixed income securities electronically using ION
trading platform.
Responsibilities:
> Logging issues reported by client using JIRA tool.
> Analyse the nature of the issue faced by the trader and if required
coordinating with the IT support of respective banks to understand the
scenario better.
> Analyse the log files generated by ION components to understand in
which component the problem lies and suggest appropriate resolution
after checking server side settings of the component.
> Responsible for supporting clients in Japan (SMBC Nikko, SOCGEN,etc)
in Japanese. I send my issue analysis to clients in Japanese via email
or sometimes need to troubleshoot on phone in Japanese.

> I was sent to ION Tokyo Office in Japan twice. In 2010 for onsite
project implementation & for traders training in Citibank Tokyo
branch. In 2011, for installation of ION components in BNP Paribas
Tokyo platform.
