and worked closely with the Chevron Financial Center for resolution to any discrepancies. Provided
word processing and PowerPoint presentations to Board of Directors, maintained training databases,
communications to customers. Accountable for accurate input of timekeeping in the TESS database, track all
vacation and sick banks. Skilled with the Chevron SAP software.
Project Manager and engineering support for joint Chevron and Honeywell re-instrumentation project at
Chevron's Richmond Refinery. Duties included maintaining project status reports, general office organization
for 50+ employees, scheduling training, maintaining training records, scheduling and coordinating travel
arrangements and charting safety statistics for refinery projects. Maintained project budgets.
