PROFESIONAL JOB EXPERIENCE

Jan’14 – Present : PT. Marcopolo Shipyayd - Batam

Positions : QC Manager Assistant / Commissioning

Key responsibility :

Understands and capable of managing all the requirements,

such as procedures, process and protocol to establish a commissioning system

data base.

Provide inputs into the scheduling and planning of

commissioning activities.

Monitor progress and assess monitor contractor pre-

commissioning, commissioning activities on site in accordance with the project

specification, safety site organization and quality criteria.

Monitoring the commissioning plan ensure equipment and

required auxiliaries are timely installed.

Define the roles and responsibility of each member and

project objectives with respect to pre commissioning, commissioning on project.

Ensure equipment electrical and mechanical correctly

installed and that all interfaces are included.

With assistance from the commissioning team perform

commissioning of equipment to ensure the equipment is properly tested and

ready to tested with owner & class.

Coordinate the daily work with the commissioning team and

commissioning supervisor.

Coordinate inspections, commissioning, joint inspections

and factory acceptance test with the people in the commissioning team, owners

and class surveyors

Ensure incoming equipment meet the purchase

specifications

Schedule Service Engineers’ requirements and inform them

of the test dates as well as to take charge and monitor their works until

completion

Plan and organize all logistics requirement for major

operations

Assist vendor representative during commissioning start up.

Master of sea trial, responsibility to the ship safety and ship

equipment tested. Among the test are endurance test, speed trial, maneuvering

test, noise and vibration measurement, Maneuvering Trails ( Zig Zag & Turning

Circle ), Inertia Test & Emergency Crash Stop, Anchor Windlass Trial, Steering

Gear Trial, Thruster Trial and DP Turning / DP Trial ( FMEA)

To be in charge on duty roster as per scheduled
